Ac67 Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

Ac67 is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ac67 website, mobile platform, and all associated services.

• Each individual may operate one account only.
• The mobile number and email used for registration must be active and belong to you.
• The name, address, and national ID number provided during registration must be accurate.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if account verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.

Ac67 reserves the right to decline any registration at any time and for any reason. Members are solely responsible for the security of their own accounts.

Ac67 supports all major mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. All deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposits must be sent from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and will be returned.
• If your balance is not credited within 30 minutes of making a deposit, please wait and then contact support.
• Using the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory.

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw from ac67. Withdrawal requests can be submitted 24 hours a day.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Maximum single withdrawal is BDT 50,000 (up to BDT 1,00,000 for verified accounts).
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method and account name used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
• Ac67 reserves the right to review withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes; complex cases may take up to 24 hours.

Ac67 offers a variety of bonus promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before accepting.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• To withdraw a bonus balance, you must wager the required number of times (typically 10x–30x).
• Multiple members sharing the same device, IP address, or household may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Winnings from bets placed using bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.
• Ac67 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus misuse is proven — including arbitrage betting or any other manipulation — the bonus will be forfeited.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on ac67. These rules cover all bet types — Sports Betting, casino, and fish games.

• The minimum bet amount is BDT 10. Maximum limits vary by market and game.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• For Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time; the confirmed odds at the time of placement are final.
• Ac67 reserves the right to review and void any bets where suspicious betting patterns are detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ac67 platform. Violations will result in immediate account termination and possible forfeiture of your balance.

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Using another member's account or placing bets on someone else's behalf.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Harassing other members or engaging in inappropriate conduct.
• Registering using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

Ac67 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a member's account under certain circumstances.

• Accounts may be closed without notice in the event of a terms violation.
• Failure to provide verification information may result in account suspension within 30 days.
• Members can also request account closure directly through our support team.
• Members will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before their account is closed.
• If your account is closed due to prohibited activities, your balance may be forfeited.

Ac67 believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a solution to problems. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for yourself.

• If gaming becomes a problem, take a temporary break (Cooling-Off period).

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact the ac67 support team directly in the first instance. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

• To raise a dispute, you must contact support within 30 days of the date of the incident.
• If a technical error is confirmed, affected bets will be reviewed.
• All decisions made by ac67 are considered final; however, members may always submit a written appeal.
• Requests to change results or odds after a bet has been confirmed will not be accepted.

Ac67 reserves the right to amend these Terms, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.

• Updated terms become effective from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, please stop using the platform and submit a request to close your account.
